Mr Smith acts on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in common law and motor accident litigation. He also practices in commercial litigation, criminal law, building disputes and industrial law.
He appears mainly before the District and Supreme Courts, although also appears in CARS assessment hearings, the Local Courts and various other Tribunals. While practicing mostly in Sydney, he also appears regularly in Newcastle and in other country areas throughout New South Wales.
Mr Smith is a former member of the Community Aid Panel and has been a lecturer at the Traffic Offenders Program, which aims to rehabilitate traffic offenders who come before the Local Courts.
Previous occupation
Solicitor in Newcastle, practicing predominantly common law, motor accidents and criminal law. He obtained a Law Society specialist accreditation.
