Bruce Smith
Barrister
Mr Smith practices in insurance law and in areas underpinned by insurance contracts, including fields of professional indemnity, public liablity and common law. He also practices in general commercial, building and construction and in appellate jurisdictions.
Mr Smith also has a particular interest in the law of expert evidence and in the preparation and conduct of cases largely dependant upon expert opinion.
