Prior to being called to the bar, Tim worked in London in civil litigation and prosecuted planning, environment, health and safety and intellectual property matters.
Previously, Tim prosecuted aviation, tax, money laundering and customs matters for the Commonwealth for 5 years.

Since graduating from law in 1994, Tim has worked for the Commonwealth Government (Attorney – General’s and Foreign Affairs & Trade), Royal Australian Air Force (Pilot Training and Legal Officer), Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (Solicitor) and City of London Corporation (In-house Counsel).
