Miiko Kumar has a general practice.
She has appeared as junior counsel in the High Court cases of Bashford v Information Australia, and Palmer-Bruyn and Parker v Parsons.
Since 1996, Miiko has lectured in evidence at the University of Sydney. She co-authored Companion to Uniform Evidence Law in 2004.
