Mr Kelly appears in Common Law claims.
He graduated from Sydney University in 1970 LLB.
He was a Councilor for the New South Wales Bar Association and a Member of the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association (2002/2003). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Australian Branch).
