Barrister
Has practised in common law for the past 30 years, mostly as a solicitor in private practice. Margaret has been a District Court arbitrator since 1995 and was a Supreme Court arbitrator from 1994 to 2004 and a costs assessor from 2002 to 2005. She is also a Senior CARS assessor with the Motor Accidents Authority and was one of the first three assessors to determine cases under the Motor Accidents Compensation Act following its inception in 1999. She regularly addresses professional seminars in relation to motor accidents matters.
