Has practised extensively in Common Law for the past 20 years. As a solicitor and in his early years at the New South Wales Bar, Peter practised in the areas of Industrial Law, Family Law, Common Law and Building & Construction. Peter has been a District Court appointed Arbitrator since 2000 and currently practises widely in the areas of Common Law (Motor Vehicle, Work Place Injury Damages, Public Liability), Product Liability and Professional Negligence.
