Mr Cleary has over 21 years experience in the practice of insurance litigation.  

Mr Cleary commenced legal practice as a solicitor with Abbott Tout in 1985, subsequently becoming a Senior Associate.  He became an Accredited Specialist in 1994. 

Mr Cleary came to the Bar in 1998.  He represents both claimants and insurers in a wide variety of disputes related to this area of the law.
