Matt Eirth practices widely in the areas of common law including public liability, motor vehicle, work injury damages, professional negligence and product liability, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
He appears in the NSW Supreme Court, District Court and the Personal Injury Commission (PIC). Prior to being called to the Bar in 2005, Matt had a wide and varied career in the public sector, spending 10 years as a Project Manager & Advisor on the Automation and Control Upgrade of Water and Wastewater Assets. In addition to his Sydney based practice, he appears regularly throughout regional NSW.
