Adam Johnson has more than 40 years of professional experience, being called to the Bar in 1980. He has practiced extensively in the area of common law and has delivered a number of papers at NSW State Legal Conferences and CLE events.
Notably, he acted for the plaintiff in the leading case on the constitutional immunity of State instrumentalities, Peters v Queensland Commissioner for Railways. Adam currently practices in the area of common law with a particular interest in motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical negligence and public liability matters.
